Day five

Today was another jammed packed day. We reviewed Microsoft Office 2007 (Word and Powerpoint) and the changes between older versions and this one. We then went to "ooVoo", got accounts and video conferenced using all five web cams at the same time. After lunch we delved deeply into podcasting. We created mp3 files in Audacity and published them on "Gcast". Then we embedded our podcasts onto our wiki's. Boy have we come far since a week ago!

Day Four

Today we recapped Google Calendar and Google Docs by posting a calendar and document to our wikis. Then we did the "Travel Budget" project with Google Earth. After lunch we explored "Discovery Education" and all that it has to offer.

Day Three

Today we covered a lot of new things. First we recapped blogs and wikis. Then we enhanced these by adding Google Calendars and Google Docs. After lunch we learned all about Skype and had fun with the web cams. At the end of the day we introduced ourselves to Google Earth.

Today we edited our movies in Movie Maker. Then we worked on Wiki's and Blogs... share your experience.

Day One

On day one we ran into tons of technical problems... UGGG "THE NETWORK". Once we got on a roll we had fun with "Audacity" "Photostory" and "Movie Maker"
